Our custom, die-cut full-grain leather patches are sewn directly onto genuine Richardson 168 hats (or similar styles). Choose from a wide range of standard patch shapes to create the perfect design. If you are interested in a different hat style, please reach out to us for a custom quote. We are a leather manufacturer, and all of our patches are produced and applied to the hats in our North Carolina facility. The Richardson hats themselves are made overseas.
